Under the Northern Lights

Even in the darkest of nights, hearts shine bright…

Maeve has always been obsessed with astronomy, from a young age she spent her time eager for the long winter nights to draw in so she could set up her father’s telescope and spend time identifying constellations with him.

Now, as an adult, she runs stargazing trips deep into the Northumberland countryside. Reminiscing on her childhood while walking couples and families through an exciting adventure, setting up camp under a blanket, she’s happiest in the dark looking up at the skies, dreaming of the aurora.

Local farmer, Ben, has a more practical view of the countryside. He’s not a fan of the glamping tents and pods Maeve has set up on the neighbouring land. While she hates his noisy machines and the fact his barns are lit 24/7, the two are always at loggerheads.

That is, until she realises he’s afraid of the dark…
